Thank you for helping our Niswonger Children's Hospital patients feel the love this Valentine's Day! The response from everyone has been incredible in past years, and we are very grateful for your support and kind thoughts.

Deadline: In order for us to fulfill all requests, we cannot take any submissions beyond noon on Sunday, Feb. 8.

How to send a card

Please fill out your contact information below. Then select which Valentine card you would like to send. Cards are distributed throughout the hospital to all patients. Only your first name will be included on the card. We cannot accommodate individual requests.
