Options for paying your bill
With rising costs of insurance premiums, larger co-pays and higher deductibles, Ballad Health recognizes that many of our patients will not be able to fully satisfy their financial obligations at the time services are rendered.
We offer a variety of options to help patients meet their hospital out-of-pocket expenses.
These options are summarized below, and we have staff on-site and in our Customer Service Department who can assist you with selecting the best option.
Your right to a Good Faith Estimate
You have a right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of their bill for medical items and services.
