Ballad Health Training Center

The Ballad Health Training Center is located in Johnson City, TN. Though based in Johnson City, courses are held at various locations throughout Northeast TN and Southwest VA.

Our mission is to strengthen the AHA chain of survival and expand the outreach of the American Heart Association and Ballad Health throughout the community. To achieve this, we provide quality educational programs to promote wellness and save lives, while delivering exceptional customer service built upon experience and integrity.

The Ballad Health Training Center is one of the largest in the Appalachian Highlands region. And our instructors have a range of experience, with everything from pre-hospital to acute/critical care hospital backgrounds.

Courses

We offer a variety of the American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) courses.

In addition to American Heart Association programs, the Ballad Health Training Center also offers other basic and advanced level courses such as International Trauma Life Support and Pediatric International Life Support. These courses are designed for pre-hospital care providers at all levels who render trauma assessment and treatment skills.

Community involvement

The Ballad Health Training Center provides services to community groups and organizations such as the Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts and more as part of an ongoing commitment to our communities.
