Newly licensed nurses accepting a position in select medical-surgical patient care units are eligible for a special sign-on bonus.

Bonuses are currently available for full-time Medical/Surgical specific registered nursing including RN - Team Coordinator positions, licensed practical nursing and certified nursing assistant positions in our larger hospitals:
To be eligible, you must sign a 30-month commitment agreement. Bonus is only available for new hires or those not employed by Ballad Health in the last 6 months.
We're offering bonuses for all new hire RNs including RN - Team Coordinator positions, LPNs and CNAs in our community hospitals.
To be eligible for the Night Shift bonus, you must sign a 30-month commitment agreement. To be eligible for the Day Shift bonus, you must sign an 18-month commitment agreement. Bonus is only available for new hires or those not employed by Ballad Health in the last 6 months.
We're also offering bonuses for all new hire RNs, LPNs and CNAs in our long-term care facilities.
To be eligible, you must sign a 24-month commitment agreement. Bonus is only available for new hires or those not employed by Ballad Health in the last 6 months.
Your bonus will be paid in three equal installments: after 90 days, one year and 18 months of employment.
Ballad Health is also currently offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus and $3,000 retention bonus to cath lab registered nurses in full-time positions. Eligible nurses will receive the sign-on bonus upon hire date and retention bonus after 12 months of employment.
These bonuses are available for new graduates or individuals with at least one year of relevant work experience. Bonuses are only offered for new hires or those not employed by Ballad Health in the last six months.

Cath lab registered nursing bonuses are only available at Bristol Regional, Holston Valley and Johnson City Medical Center.
